The FRA (European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights) is issuing a Vacancy Notice in order to recruit one Temporary Agent for the following post:
Human Resources Officer – (Ref. TA-HROFF-AD5-2010)
The duration of the contract shall be indefinite.
The responsibilities of the job holder will be to:
• Contribute to the further development, implementation and review
of the Staff Performance Management System and related internal
rules and procedures;
• Implement and further develop the reclassification procedure;
• Ensure the launch and follow-up of the annual evaluation exercise
(Career Development Review – CDR);
• Ensure that the HR information system is updated regularly and
includes all relevant information on job descriptions, objectives and
profiles in order to allow for a smooth HR management and
evaluation process;
• Support both the Agency’s management and staff in establishing
effective job-related and personal objectives, advising on
appropriate and coordinated follow-up;
• Give orientation and expert advice to staff members on selfassessment
and individual training paths;
• Contribute to the further development and implementation of the
Agency’s training policy;
• Prepare and ensure the execution of the annual training plan
approved by the management; including calls for tender and award
of contracts and liaison with training providers;
• Provide feedback reports and data analysis on training needs and
achievements (impact) to management;
• Organise and monitor social activities;
• Administer the budget lines allocated to training and social activities
in respect of the financial rules and regulations;
• Manage relevant databases and documentation;
• Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager and/or the Head of
Department.
